  1. Press ENG DATA button (1989-90) or OPTIONS button (1991-92) until oil life index is displayed.
  2. Press and hold in ENG DATA and GAGE buttons (1989) or RESET/ENTER button (1990-92) for at least 5 seconds.
  3. This will reset remaining oil life to 100 percent.

OR

  1. Press INFO hard key and then OIL LIFE soft key to display oil life index.
  2. Press RESET soft key.
  3. A reset confirmation page will appear and ask if oil has been changed.
  4. Press YES soft key to reset bar graph, and update last oil change date and mileage information.
